Valley Family Farm

We are the "Farming with a Face" that operates localy on 20 acres in Milan, Michigan. Our produce season operates from June - October providing fresh picked naturally grown produce. From the start of the season to the harvest of the crop you will know whom, how, when, and where your food was grown!!

We abide by organic principles and our vegtables are NATURALLY grown without synthetic fertilizers or pesticides, so there are no residues on your food ( though bits of sand and dirt will need to be rinsed off prior to consumption).

What We Do

We are a CSA farm, how it works is the farmers are responsible for the planting and harvesting of the crops.  Farm members (that would be you) buy a share of the harvest in advance of the growing season.  Each week during the growing season, for 20 weeks, members will pick-up their share of the harvest at designated, times and locations.

CSA - Community Support Agriculture          If you are looking for fresh naturally grown produce, our CSA is just what you are looking for.  The CSA is a farmer-consumer direct relationship.  Supporting members of a CSA farm purchase "shares" for a growing season.  For your financial support, you receive a season full of fresh produce, direct from the farm.  This unique marketing relationship allows for the grower to work on growing rather than selling and allows you a better value for your money!
